James Clapper, John Brennan (CIA) James Comey (FBI) & Guy on the End... Tell Lt. General Michael T. Flynn... I have "great" respect for the DIA: It's my understanding that Edward Snowden Could NOT Pass that (DOD) data to the Russians.. Due to Technology... Codes-Encryption...Stuff I do not understand. Can General Flynn Tell Me If I'm Wrong... After He/She Manning The DOD KNEW That Hackers Were a Risk... I Think the Data Could Have Been Looked at BUT Not Downloaded.. Please Tell Me I'm Wrong? My Opinon is the BIGGER Threat to the DOD is not from a man who "leaked" info... It's from VENDORS that don't have their hearts in the right places...
