There is definitely a syndicate.  It is a good ole boys club and definitely RICO activity.  I have been saying that for years.  Everyone knows it.  Yes, the TBPR is corrupt as well.  The Supreme Court appoints the TBPR and use them to threaten lawyers who attempt to protect their clients from the abuse.
