Told that because NISSAN is getting "heat" they need to provide jobs that pay well and allows the employee to sustain themselves. LOTS of people that thought they'd be longterm temps are going to become "official" NISSAN. Why? Maybe it's because the "feds" Dept. of Labor are cracking the whip. At least someone finally is helping the "average" person in Rutherford County. All it took was a bitch from California to speak out about the inhumanity (me). You can thank me if you feel like it?

Good Ole Boys have their "pants down" if anyone has "issues" of inhumanity or racism they should speak now. Danny Glover is even speaking out against NISSAN. The company "outside" of Tennessee has a really bad reputation. Also the "Foreign soil" issue at the Rutherford plant needs to be investigated. NISSAN owes America 1.4 Billion - has about 4 billion in American IDB debt. How can it be that NISSAN does NOT have to follow the rules of America and can be treated like an Embassy. Lots of people say weird stuff and I've been told "that's how" NISSAN gets away with being a bully. It's the Japanese culture. Well- Until YOU pay back America NISSAN should follow the rules of America. Maybe that's what's happening?

The lack of respect is REAL & the only way NISSAN will behave is if Tennessee tells them to. They took a LOT of money. The Tennessean ran another "puff piece" on the Leaf. The battery plant is a "joke" Gannett needs to treat America with RESPECT and that means they need to report the news.

SO PLEASE call NISSAN and ask about what percentage work at Yates and how much they "really" make and ask them if their NOW speeding up

the transition times. I can prove that my blogs made NISSAN treat employees with respect. Why did it take a blog?

Sharyn Did NOT Get a Fair Trial in Tennessee.... She had to pay a $50 fine. How much did the taxpayers spend to prosecute her?

My name is Sharyn Bovat. I'm a whistleblower

who's traveled across America trying to expose abuse of taxpayer money & members of congress that let it happen.

I found out about fraud and discrimination happening at NISSAN North America and have been retaliated against for over 3 years. NISSAN took over 1 Billion dollars from the Dept. of Energy for the Leaf EV. The problem is they're using technology from the 90's andNISSAN took the money because in 2009 they were having major cash flow problems. Because I worked with high level executives I learned of the fruad. When I whistle blew they tried to discredit me (in many ways). My life is horrible.

Many lawyers have told me to file a FALSE Claims lawsuit. Due to the fact that NISSANused a taxpayer backed IDB bond for the collateral law firms don't want the case. My civil and Constitutional rights were violated byNISSAN but the judicial system in Tennessee is loaded with Cronyism and the odds of me getting a "fair" solution (FYI - I'm not greedy... I just want JUSTICE and for the discrimination and fraud to stop.

I've spend 3 years fighting it. I've proven it in the eyes to many. NOW I need a clear headed thinker to help figure out HOW to get NISSANto mediate.
